Common Management Admission Test is an online computer based test conducted by the All Indian Council for Technical Education. It is a national level admission test for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmers’ approved by AICTE.
CMAT is a three hour test. The question paper comprises four sections:
- Quantitative technique
- Logical reasoning
- Language comprehension
- General Awareness
There are 25 questions in each section. While each correct answer carries four marks and each wrong answer will carry one negative marking.
CMAT Eligibility
- Graduates with 50% in any discipline.
- Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply.
KUUMAT
Kathmandu University Undergraduate Management Admission Test is the first phase of admission test for admission into KU’s undergraduate management programs (BBA, BBIS and BHTM). After passing KUUMAT you will be eligible to apply for admission in the KUSOM and affiliated colleges of KU.
KUUMAT comprises of a single test which consists of multiple choice items. It is based on two assessment domins: General SAT and SAT Mathematics Test
There is a system of negative scoring. For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. That means four wrong answers are neutralizing one correct answer.
